We live in a time and age where information is just a button press away. We are swayed by information all around us. The Gen Y want to know, read, understand and then speak their minds about it. That is where social media comes into play. Social media is one of the biggest elements that we live with and cannot ignore it. Students of Class VII-A threw light on “Social Media": Attitude matters on how one must carefully weigh the positives and the negatives before engaging excessively in Social Media. If used in the correct way social media can be a boon for mankind. The students performed overwhelmingly with different shades of expression. They performed skit, speech and song. Their confidence stole the hearts of the audience. Each one has rightly proved that, “Social Media is about sociology and psychology and not about technology” through this assembly.
