Ursuline Convent Sr Sec School organized a Workshop on “Stress Management “. Sr. Rekha initiated the program by welcoming the resource person Mrs. Rashmi Sharma a Veteran Educator followed by Mr.Rajwardhan Purohit an exceptionally weathered IT professional. The Stress Management Workshop is a technological breakthrough solution to conquer the most common issues that cause stress. The workshop included many activities & interactive sessions.It taught about how to deal with stress in day-to-day life. The session was very intriguing and engaging.
