*Special Orientation Program for Girls* *Classes :- VI-VII* Date- 19 May 2022 Theme :- *Celebrate your Body and it's changes too....* Special orientation program for girls was organised on 19-05-2022 , Thursday under the guidance of respected Sister Rekha Punia. The session was segregated into three segments- 1. Hormonal changes 2. My personal hygiene is my responsibility. 3. Understanding the difference between good touch and bad touch. All the three segments were well explained through slides and personal interaction with girls. Girls enjoyed throughout the session and also showed interest to share their views on the same. Session was conducted by Mrs. Reena Srivastava and Mrs. Jayanthi Michael. It was a mesmerizing session and it ended up with lot of fun and was also a platform for girls to clear all their queries that they face during their growing phase. |

| Labour Day Celebration |
WITHOUT LABOR NOTHING PROSPERS SOPHOCLES Ursuline Convent Sr. Sec. School celebrated International Worker's Day on 22nd May 2022 with great zeal and enthusiasm to respect and honor the workforce who work tirelessly to make our life comfortable. A special morning assembly was conducted by class X students, enlightening about the contribution of workers to a particular organization, society and nation. The program began with lighting of lamp by Principal Sister Rekha, Vice Principal Sister Angel, Manager Sister Thelma Jasmine Didi, and Anil Bhaiya. Subsequently, Students astonished each one by their vibrant performance. Furthermore, sweets, flowers, gifts, and Thank-You cards were distributed to all Didis and Bhaiyas as tokens of love. Ultimately, Principal Sister Rekha appreciated the efforts of the students and said all the activities were fabricated to foster a better understanding of the importance of the workers community. The program culminated with national anthem. |

| Parents' Orientation Program-CLASS-LKG |
"A child's life is like a piece of paper on which every person leaves a mark". -- Robert A. Heinlein Ursuline Convent Sr. Sec. School, on Saturday, 26th March 2022, had organized "Vidhyarambh" Ceremony for tiny tots of Nursery and on Saturday, 2nd April 2022 organized orientation program for the parents of LKG students. This included lighting of the lamp, prayer dance with welcome and felicitation of the parents. Sr. Rekha Punia, the school Principal, presented an Input session for the parents on the art of bringing up joyful, empathetic and visionary kids in contemporary times. The session was highly enriching with practical and thoughtful tips for young parents. The coordinators and teachers, of our kindergarten section, coordinated the entire program with the help of NCC volunteers of the school. |
